Quiñones Cruz Abogados was established in 1978 by its Partners Antonio Quiñones Montealegre and Lucy Cruz de Quiñones as a highly specialized boutique tax law firm. The Firm offers all kinds of legal services in tax matters, including litigation, advisory, tax planning, and tax policy, all with a high level of technical depth associated with the extensive knowledge and experience of the Firm’s Partners and its staff.

As a result of the high percentage of success achieved in litigation, as well as the development and implementation of effective and innovative strategies in areas such as the Business Tax and the Income Tax, as well as their participation in tax policy projects commissioned by the government and multilateral organizations, the Firm became nationally renowned, and within a few years it was already recognized as one of the best tax firms in the country. We have maintained this recognition to this day, obtaining multiple international awards in the process, and consistently achieving top-tier rankings, both for the Firm, and for its Partners.
