Mr. Marulanda’s work focuses on procedural tax law. His expertise includes supervising procedural matters in judicial and administrative tax controversies before tax administrations and tribunals, as well as in the high courts (the Council of State, the Constitutional Court, and the Supreme Court of Justice). Additionally, he is a trained librarian and archivist, so he is responsible for operating Quiñones Cruz Abogados’ library and resource center.
