ANTONIO QUIÑONES MONTEALEGRE, Ph.D
Dr. Quiñones is widely recognized as one of the most important Colombian experts in territorial taxes, particularly in relation to the Business Tax, Corporate Tax Planning and managing Coercive Collection (lien and seizure) administrative tax proceedings. Dr. Quiñones has directed some of the most outstanding litigation in the country regarding the Business Tax, coercive collection, and extraordinary taxes such as the GMF (a type of FTT).
