Lucy Cruz de Quiñones

Mrs. Lucy Cruz de Quiñones is recognized as one of the most prominent Constitutional Tax Law experts in Latin America. She is also widely distinguished for her work as litigant and arbiter in Income Tax, GMF, and special levies, among others.

Mrs. Cruz de Quiñones has built her reputation as an Academic leader in Tax Law in the Region, being an active member of the Academia Colombiana de Jurisprudencia and former Dean of University del Rosario. She is also acting associate judge in the State Council and in the Constitutional Court.

Areas of specialization: Tax advisory and litigation, domestic and international tax planning, tax advisory for mergers and acquisitions; arbitration and administrative tax procedures, legal advice services for the design of tax policies, constitutional tax law (acciones de inconstitucionalidad, populares, tutelas,etc.)
