Diego Quiñones Cruz is recognized as a litigant in domestic and international Tax Law as well as an expert in public tax policies. He is a member of the New York State Bar and has post-graduate studies in finance. He also Works in different areas of the Academy at a national and International level.

Areas of specialization: Tax litigation and administrative procedures; design, lobby and tax policy consulting services; National and International planning and advisory; wealth taxation; local and state tax advisory; tax penalty litigation and advisory; Constitutional Tax law.
