He is widely known as one of the most important experts in territorial taxation, corporate tax planning and management of coercive collection processes. Mr. Antonio Quiñones has led some of the most important litigations in the country in coercive jurisdiction and special levies like the GMF.
Areas of specialization: Local and statal taxation, tax litigation, domestic and international tax planning, tax advisory for mergers and acquisitions; financial taxation, taxation in the mining/energy industry, legal advice services for the design of tax policies and coercive jurisdiction.
